I have had very little experience in making casual decks; with no experience, or skill, in making competitive decks, despite my 2.5 year experience playing magic. This is just a rough outline of my current attempt at a Mill deck. This deck is currently incomplete, however I am open to all suggestions and helpful criticism. Please keep in mind, that as I am currently under the required age to get a job, obtaining money to buy cards is quite difficult.

The deck is essentially built around Mill, with a Defensive touch to it, allowing me to hold off any creatures that my opponents might be able to play, on the off chance that it happens.
