Dimir Assassin Flicker v2

Commander / EDH Aggro Casual Jank UB (Dimir)

Sarowa

Maybeboard

Attack with Etrata, the Silencer as much as possible and protect her as efficiently as possible.

This is a slight revision of this deck, dropping many tutors in favour of card draw/wheel/timetwister effects.

Vanishing is still the ultimate way to avoid returning Etrata to the command zone. Beware Krosan Grip.

Crystal Shard and Erratic Portal are nice repeatable bounce effects that help keep Etrata out of the command zone. Ideally you will recast her immediately. Otherwise, a flicker/blink effect may be preferable in the early game. They can also deal with problematic creatures on your opponents' boards if they are tapped out, and otherwise discourage tapping out. Portal of Sanctuary, Sanctum of Eternity, and the various Ninjas will work in a pinch for bouncing Etrata after attacking, but be sure to have other spells in hand that can protect her on an opponent's turn should you replay her.

Be particularly wary of any board wipes, because only bounce, blink, and phasing effects can save her from those, while flicker effects cannot.

This deck has particularly weak defense to attacking creatures. An early Propaganda can help with this tremendously. Toxic Deluge is a nice panic button. If the board gets flooded with tokens, Echoing Truth can help deal with at least some of them for a turn. Illness in the Ranks and Virulent Plague can almost completely negate any go-wide tokens deck.

Against decks that don't play non-token creatures besides their commander, or stop playing them due to the threat Etrata represents, Etrata's only viable win conditions are: A) exiling artifacts animated via March of the Machines or B) commander damage. Commander damage generally takes 7 hits per player.

Glaring Spotlight and Arcane Lighthouse can help deal with difficult to target creatures, like Narset, Enlightened Master.

Sometimes Etrata can keep a planeswalker under control, but otherwise, The Elderspell is useful against Superfriends decks.

Ashiok, Dream Render is largely intended as grave and Golos, Tireless Pilgrim hate.
