Esper Zombies. Twist on the usual zombie EDH deck with white added and leaning into Varina's ability to take advantage of a massive zombie army.

White Includes to Zombies

Aven Wind Guide gives all zombie tokens flying and vigilance (and then can become a zombie of its own).

Anointed Procession gives you more value off of zombie generatiors.

Binding Mummy allows you to turn Varina's zombie production into an instant speed tap down effect (not to mention just tapping down blockers as you bring out your army on your turn)

Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun helps to make sure that at least one zombie can always get in

Wayward Servant with any of the zombie generators can just drain out opponents (gives an alternate way to deal damage if getting combat damage is not an option)

Necromancer's Covenant gives you more zombies (sometimes a lot more) and can give so much life gain that it does not matter when opponents attack back
