Did you want to play? (Modern MTG Deck)

This deck is something made up in the last few days. Using Jace vs. Vraska for ideas and trolling through MTGatherer I've made a mono blue full of mill and control, both board and individual.

Like everything, this deck needs to evolve a little bit. After 30+ games with the deck, the deck is incredibly strong earlygame and as soon as it loses any momentum it falls flat. Heavier mill has been edited via Fraying Sanity, but midrange control is still a weakness.
