This is my mono chocolate devotion deck! I got first place at FNM last friday! 5-0. I believe the reason this deck succeeds is the way the curve is balanced. You can choose to either curve up and play creatures, or just hold removal and wait until you can play bug threats like a demon or a whip. Whip of Erebos is incredibly strong with both Desecration Demon as well as Gray Merchant of Asphodel

Tell me what you guys think! I am working on the sideboard. I've considered playing with Temple of Silence and putting 4 Godless Shrine in the sideboard along either Obzedat, Ghost Council or Blood Baron of Vizkopa
