Black Sacrifice/Devotion built for casual friend meetup Magic nights. It's also good in multiplayer games, since you just sit quietly building your board, other players tend to leave you alone. Then you kill everyone in one turn.

Using abilities based on black devotion is the main strategy here as well as forcing your opponent to sacrifice.

Stabilize the board with the deathtouch creatures, building devotion, then explode with Gray Merchant of Asphodel for massive damage.

Desecration Demon is great for applying pressure.

Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx for ramp, and possibly chain Garys together.

Erebos, God of the Dead - keep your opponent's life in check.

Gatekeeper of Malakir should only come in play kicked. It's great for tempo.

Mortician Beetle has good synergy with what the deck wants to do. It and Typhoid Rats work with Swarmyard. gravepact ensures your opponents suffer at least as much as you do.

Phyrexian Obliterator is particularly devious and plays several roles: "come at me bro", wrecking ball, and provider of sweet, sweet devotion.

Sheoldred, Whispering One 1of, for fun. The card is answerable, but still ridiculous.

Thoughtseize, Cranial Extraction, Sadistic Sacrament, and Duress are included to allow me to dig through my opponent's hand and/or deck to neutralize mono black's general weaknesses.

Liliana Vess + Underworld Connections or Erebos, God of the Dead is a game changer. She's also a discard engine.
