Semi-competitive, semi-budget Mono-Black Devotion K'rrik EDH deck with a Doomsday combo. It's semi-budegt in that I am gradually buying the cards needed to optimize the deck. Slightly less competitive than a full-on combo build, as I didn't want to go full CEDH with it.

The deck features a couple of combos, but is largely focused on just how broken Phyrexian Mana is. This deck really leverages your life total as a resource.

Biggest combo and glass-cannon win condition is Doomsday. Preferred stack Cruel Bargain or Infernal Contract, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, Walking Ballista, Viscera Seer, and Sacrafice. You can also use Triskelion in place of Ballista and Seer. The deck has lots of ways to tutor Doomsday and then lots of ways to draw one card to get things going. Mikaeus, the Unhallowwed + Walking Ballista is a pretty common combo. The deck lacks the number of cycling cards and cantrips that CEDH versions feature, and also lacks Duress effects. This is somewhat intentional, as CEDH decks are focused on executing the combo as fast as possible, while this is a bit more casual.

The second set of combos focus on Aetherflux Reservoir. If we have Reservoir with Sensei's Divining Top and Bolas's Citadel, we can put Top on the top of our library, cast it with Citadel by paying one life, trigger Reservoir, tap Top to put it on top of our library, and repeat to gain near-infinite life (technically limited by the number of cards in our deck, as we draw a card each cycle of the combo and can't deck ourselves) and shoot our opponents with Reservoir. If we have our commander in play, we can use Leshrac's Sigil in place of top. Pay 4 life for the BB to cast it, trigger Reservoir, pay 4 life for the BB to bounce it, and repeat.

Finally, the deck has the classic Commander combo of Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood.

Other than that, this deck makes lots of mana and draws a bunch of cards to cast big nasty creatures or cast Exsanguinate or Torment of Hailfire for X = a bunch.

The deck also features ways to gain life to keep us going, including lifelink creatures, Gary Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Exsanguinate, Extort, and a few others.

It's a work-in-process and it will get better over time, but I am intentionally looking for a power level of about 8 here, not the 9-10 that it would be for CEDH. Suggestions welcome and appreciated.
