I was inspired to make a cheap devil built around Tibalt after C19 spoiled. Devils seem really fun and chaotic- I love the fact that it puts the opponent in control of some of the effects and lets them pick between one bad thing or another. Each card has a fun downside that seems really fun to build around.

In addition to playing up devilish antics like Browbeat and Vexing Devil, the deck wants to discard cards with Madness, Flashback, and Unearth with Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded and Wolf of Devil's Breach to make additional use of their effects and potentially bring them back with cards like Wildfire Devils.
