Deveri works as a great way to snipe some flying commander damage without getting more expensive other than 1 colorless with the great return to the battlefield from the command zone for 4 mana.

The deck is really fun and works on the staples of flying angels and tap control powers. I was inspired to finish this when my angel decks were all decommissioned and someday I will make an angel deck but this is a fun commander decklist where its at.
