Playing in a meta full of brutally fast and efficient combo, I decided to take a different approach. Let me know what you think.

Ideal Locks: Relic Barrier/Quicksmith Spy+Winter Orb/Static Orb=All players except you skip their untap steps.

Less efficient but back up Locks:Rising Waters/Hokori, Dust Drinker+Nature's Will/Bear Umbra Mimics the above. Nature's Will/Bear Umbra Can also be used in combination with Winter Orb/Static Orb to replicate the above synergies. As you can see, All the lock/combo pieces are highly interchangeable, This means even after removal we have a high level of redundancy.

Additional Stax and tax Layers:Vryn Wingmare Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Glowrider, Lodestone Golem Thorn of Amethyst, Sphere of Resistance, Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, Thalia, Heretic Cathar, Kismet, Kinjalli's Sunwing , Selfless Spirit With each Stack you play, You slowly suffocate them out of their resources. You generally want to play as many of these as fast as you can.

Card advantage and pulling ahead: Edric, Spymaster of Trest, Consecrated Sphinx, Bident of Thassa, Rhystic Study, Sylvan Library

This Deck is primarily focused on Policing the fast combo/ramp decks at tables and has no problems taking that archetype down, The price to be paid for this is the deck can struggle against aggro/tribal/creature focused archetypes. For this reason we have contingencies: The Windborn Muse/Ghostly Prison/Propagandapackage, When used in conjunction with Rising Waters/Static Orb/Winter Orb will stop creatures in their tracks. A couple more aggro contingencies are Magus of the Moat, Stormtide Leviathan, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Austere Command and Supreme Verdict

Win conditions: Elesh Norn, Grand CenobiteTurns Your small creatures and dorks into real threats. Stormtide Leviathan Gets under all blockers and takes huge chunks of damage while your opponents are locked down. Sandwurm Convergence: This is a meta call. I play against High level Kaalia of the Vast And Atarka, World Render alot.
