All the friends I play with have at least one really mean deck. After opening Tamiyo, Field Researcher at the Eldritch Moon pre-release, I realized that I wanted to use her in a mean deck. To me, Derevi was the obvious commander choice in order to abuse Tamiyo's +1 ability.

I want to be able to do both flicker and tap abilities. I'm thinking about including the citanul flute, but I'm not sure if it's worth the cost.
