Most of your creatures have enter the battlefield abilities so take advantage of your flicker outlets for some serious mana ramp (coiling oracle, farhaven elf) , card draw (elvish visionary, ephara, edric, eternal witness, diluvian primordial, coiling oracle etc.) life gain (thragtusk) Also drop down cards like aura shards to blow up your oponents enchantments and artifacts since you have so many creatures entering the battlefield or use derevi's ability with will breaker or dismiss into dream to either steal your opponents board or sacrifice your opponents board. This current build is more of a toolbox tempo/control build since you can asses the board and drop down an appropriate ETB creature to answer a problem.
