With this Mizzix deck, I try to combo out my opponents by drawing as much cards as possible and casting / returning them from my graveyard. There are some finishers is th is deck, like the combination of Reiterate + Seething Song / High Tide / Turnabout / ... with a burn spell (Gut Shot / Comet Storm) / massive card draw like Stroke of Genuis and Laboratory Maniac or Enter the Infinite + Beacon of Tomorrows / Laboratory Maniac.

The main goal is to accomplish a combo, so there are some tutors in here, like Muddle the Mixture, Merchant Scroll, Firemind's Foresight, Intuition or Mystical Tutor. You can end the game very fast (with enough experience counters and Mizzix out) with Firemind's Foresight tutoring for Gut Shot, Desperate Ritual and Reiterate or Intuition tutoring for any graveyard recursion + Enter the Infinite.

The counter spells are added to protect Mizzix from being killed / stolen. Don not rush Mizzix out if there is no chance to gain at least one experience counter, she will be removed fast.

One last thought: you can add up several experience counters with same level cmc spells if they are responding to each other. :-)
