When I originally posted this deck the only feedback I received was flat out negative. Needless to say I had to take into consideration exactly what type of deck I was trying to make. With that in mind I revamped it significantly. This is blue and white deck that focuses greatly on the Detain ability along with having some decent enchantment creatures for buffing and some removal and counter properties. Please let me know what you think and of course all feed back and suggestions are welcome!
