A few months ago i started building a budget UR Delver, and i have slowly updating it over the months, for now since i can't afford the expensive cards i've decided to turn this into a wizards deck, and thus far card: Wizard's Rettort is working like a charm.

Maybe once i can afford cards such as Snapcaster Mage and fetchland i'll make this into a Delver deck, but for now i like it.
