My take on UR aggro with Delver of Secrets   and Vexing Devil

Plenty of fun interactions.
Vexing Devil and Noxious Revival
Thunderous Wrath and Temporal Mastery work with Noxious Revival if you happen to get them in the graveyard with a Merfolk Looter
On that very card, Merfolk Looter lets you draw in your opponents turn and often when done in response to something you can come up with something useful like a Mana Leak or a Vapor Snag you can even hit a miracle in their turn which can be painful.
Ponder will also help set the deck up for casting miracles.

Be aggro and kill them quickly, I can see the deck having troubles if you run out of steam so try to get it over with quickly.

Sideboard suggestions would be much appreciated.
