deischer's UR Counterburn (Modern MTG Deck)

The idea of this deck is to make some quick demage and, at the same time, to control the opponent with e.g. Mana Leak. Because I run a lot 1 CMC spells like Vexing Devil, Lightning Bolt, Delver of Secrets , Serum Visions and so on I'm (at least after round 3) able to almost always leave 2 Lands untapped in order to counter spells, destroy creatures with Lightning Bolt and Burst Lightning ,or just return some cards to my opponents hand.

It would be nice if you could give me some advice on how to improve this deck. There are some cards I'm not sure about yet like Nivmagus Elemental, Monastery Swiftspear and Izzet Charm . If you got any recommendations for cards I could use instead please let me know.
