Green-White Centaur token deck

This deck, like most of my others, is made form cards I have traded or have in my collection. I have, however, bought a few singles for this deck.

Centaurs: Call of the Conclave, Centaur Healer , Coursers' Accord , Trostani's Summoner, Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage, more populate cards, Wake the Reflections and Druid's Deliverance, and to boost them all up, Pheres-Band Warchief

Life gain: Centaur Healer , Captured Sunlight , Unflinching Courage , and if I can get it out, True Conviction . (Also Blossoming Sands) Captured Sunlight is great with its cascade, and it lets me play a lot of my cards, mainly Call of the Conclave, Centaur Healer .

Some of the cards in this deck being 6+ mana, there is some extra mana/mana ramp, Elvish Mystic and Avacyn's Pilgrim. Extra mana also helps to get more creatures out quicker.

One of my favorite combos is Beast of Burden and True Conviction , I finally got to play that the other day, and the Beast was an 8/8 to 11/11 with double-strike and lifelink. I ended that game with 116 life.

All around this deck is a lot of fun to play with. Having a bunch of creatures and pumping them up to overwhelm the enemy (usually).

Note:

I thought this deck was Modern, cause Beast of Burden was reprinted, but the Elvish Herder threw it off. If anyone has a similar replacement for him, suggestions would be appreciated.
