Red has a lot of weird stuff going on with it, especially in commander, it bumbles around, dealing massive damage and spell casting combo's better than any color, so for this deck i utilized the "impulse" mechanic of MtG, using the red "exile the top card of your library, you may cast(play?) it this turn. This is a interesting idea because ESSENTIALLY you just get a larger hand, or exile good spells, lame right? Not when they all cost 1-3 mana and loot a card more often than not. The deck runs cards that are cheap, quick, pumpable, or just to fuel the fire. The graveyard is your "bank." Life gain effects atop the constant spell damage keeps the deck wild and unpredictable but Always fun to play, as it rewards you for for just casting spells, sometimes JUST to toss them into the grave.
