"Death's Reckoning" (Legacy)

Death's Shadow, Dead Reckoning, Tendrils of Corruption, and Stuffy Doll. I think that this is a fun and interesting deck. Please comment and offer suggestions.
I've recently had some discussion with friends about the possibility that the Death's Shadow/Dead Reackoning combo doesn't work. I want feed-back on this, if the combo doesn't work then this deck is completely useless.

What is making this Legacy? I was trying to make it Extended. Is WWK listed as Legacy for some reason?
Worldwake is under Legacy at the moment, unsure why. Interesting deck, however.
