This deck functions with 2 primary combos.

1st Combo: Draw your entire deck.

Cards on battlefield: Ashnod's Altar, Teshar, Chromatic Sphere, Junk Diver

1. Sacrifice Chromatic Sphere to get one colored mana and draw a card.
2. Sacrifice Junk Diver to Ashnod's Altar for two colorless mana.
3. Return Chromatic Sphere to your hand from Junk Diver's triggered ability.
4. Cast Chromatic Sphere and return Junk Diver to the battlefield from Teshar's triggered ability.

Repeat until you draw your deck and create half blue, half white, and one red mana from the Chromatic Sphere sacrifices. Now you should have all the resources you need to execute combo number 2.

2nd Combo: Create infinite bird tokens and infinitely buff your Soulcatchers.

Cards on battlefield: Ashnod's Altar, Teshar, Lotus Petal, Junk Diver, Aether Spellbomb, Roc Egg

Cards in hand: Glint Hawk

At this point you need to switch from using Chromatic Sphere to recur creatures, to Lotus Petal so you will avoid the draw trigger and won't mill yourself.

1. Play Glint Hawk to return Lotus Petal to you hand.
2. Sacrifice Roc Egg to Ashnod's Altar make a 3/3 bird token.
3. Cast Lotus Petal returning Roc Egg to the battlefield off Teshar's trigger.
4. Sacrifice Lotus Petal for a blue.
5. Pay one blue to activate Aether SpellBomb to bounce Glint Hawk to your hand.
6. Sacrifice Junk Diver to Ashnod's Altar and return Lotus Petal to your hand off the sac trigger.
7. Cast Lotus Petal and return Junk Diver to the battlefield off Teshar's trigger.
8. Sac Junk Diver to Altar to return Aether Spellbomb to hand.
9. Cast Aether Spellbomb and return Junk Diver to battlefield.
10. Sac Lotus Petal for a white.
11. Sac Junk Diver to Altar to return Lotus Petal to hand.
12. Cast Lotus Petal to return Junk Diver to the battlefield.

Repeat this process as many times as you wish to create 1 3/3 bird token and place 4 +1/+1 counters on each Soulcatcher for each loop. Then use a red mana to give everything haste until end of turn with Burst of Speed, and produce death from above!

I had a ton of fun trying to build this deck and make the combos function using only bird creatures as a self imposed restriction. If you build/play this deck or a modified version please comment, I'd love to know! Enjoy!
