Deck on hold —Jan. 19, 2016
I'm putting this deck on hold until I see Wizards put out low CMC dragons or changelings that fit the deck. I'll hang on to this deck and maybe use it in more casual settings, as it stands, It just can't compete against what modern has to offer. In the meantime I'll be switching to a Collected Company build. Thank you to everyone that has helped me out with this deck.
For those that care simic-stratagem will be my new deck for modern.

Due to your land production, why not play some Dragonmaster Outcast? Unless met with immediate removal, he could be a great mid-late game bomb with Scourge or Tempest up and running. Plus 6/6 kinda hurts

That's a good idea and it's cheap with that reprinting. Any thoughts on what to take out for the outcast?

Well, you really only want 1 or 2, since he is easily removed. I figure maybe drop a Vines for 1, possibly a bolt for the other?

Great card, I think my deck is to slow to get the full effect of Hellkite Tyrant, I'll stick to the overloaded Vandalblast but thanks for the suggestion!
