The total price seems to be floating between $80 and $100. To some this may be budget, particularly in modern, while to others it may not be. That is for you to decide.

This is a (semi) budget-friendly version of another deck I built, “I’m at 0 life? I win.”.

The aim is to utilize suicide black cards like Vendetta to control the game early at the cost of my life total, in order to buy enough time to set up the win-condition: Axis of Mortality + Phyrexian Unlife + Solemnity . Phyrexian Unlife, when paired with Solemnity allows me to disregard my health total, even if it falls to zero, which it likely will, between my suicide black control and my opponents naturally trying to kill me. This lockdown at zero health remain indefinitely, and can eventually be turned into my win condition through Axis of Immortality, which gives my opponent my zero.

I have no illusions about this deck being competitive; it is meant purely for casual play and against noncompetitive decks.
