FNM 11/3 Tracked for the last time or is it? (1-2) —Nov. 4, 2017

Before i delve into the event, this will be the last update for this specific deck. I have not given up on Jund or tracker though. Excavated Jund is the new version which has much more stability in testing and goldfishing in both mana and finding gas. The cost of this is removing Galleon and most of the grindy threat recursion. That is the version I will be playing at a PPTQ on 11/5

Match 1: 0-2 vs Sultai energy: drew poorly saw 0 early interaction and got smashed by cubs and gearhulk, got Ammit hostage takered in game 2 and lost from there. Match 2: 2-0 vs UB cycling: Their deck isn't built to fight planeswalkers. Chandra ulted in game 1 and in game 2 their hand got ripped apart of all relevant cards by discard.

Match 3: 1-2 vs Sultai Ramp, Game 1 ammit ran him over, Game 2 got mana screwed and Game 3 Hour of promise (with zombies) into vraska killed all my blockers and i got run over from there due to flood.

OMG, I love this deck. It is so awesome! My one suggestion would be to cut conquerors galleon since this a more slow deck that it won't transform too much in. Also, from my play tests I would add two more Vraska's Contempts. It's a busted card. But oh my, this is so cool!

Tigersol I'm really glad you like this list. Galleon transforms a lot more than you'd expect since 9 of 15 creatures flip it its going to flip the turn after it comes down more often than not (preferrably with a regisaur to make it a 5 point swing or with a pumped scavenger). As to the vraska's contempts, there are 3 in the 75 and that feels good. 2 main and 1 side has felt like the perfect number since the only match ups i've really needed it are vs the scarab god decks or energy in some cases. against control and other decks 2 is plenty. the deck already tends to get removal flooded at some points which is why i like modular removal and in Cut's case a late game win con. Again glad you like the list!
