Sideboard

This is a fair deck filled with powerful cards that all center around one theme: Hatred. Gaddock Teeg and Leovold, Emissary of Trest would only be middling creatures in a typical standard environment. In Legacy they singlehandedly hate a number of decks out of the game. Chalice of the Void is there for the same reason. It doesn't necessarily do anything or win the game, but it sure stops your opponent from doing anything as well. Eventually a win can be garnered through Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage or by attacking with the hate bears. If some sort of board state prevents creature attacks, Liliana of the Veil can eventually use her ultimate (multiple times if necessary) to clear up the problematic board state. Abrupt Decay is a key removal spell that stops both combos and fair decks. Finally Wasteland can be brought back with Life from the Loam or found with Knight of the Reliquary, destroying their mana and preventing them from ever playing the game in the first place.

These are but a few examples of the power this deck holds. It can be the strongest deck in the format in the right hands, but plays differently from many other Legacy fair decks, which can be disorienting in a format of Brainstorm and Force of Will. If you like these cards and these colors though, this deck is perfect.
