Update August 2020: Started foiling out the deck a bit, all full art lands, etc. The bulk of the cost is negotiable e.g, reserve list mana rocks, V-tutor. Most of the game winning cards are inexpensive.

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mind Crank Eater of the Dead + Phenax, God of Deception Phenax, God of Deception + Undead Alchemist + Grimgrin, Corpse-born + Altar of the Brood Consuming Abberation + Duskmantle Guildmage Consuming Abberation + Freed From the Real Altar of Dementia + Reins of Power is always great, too.

Phenax is cruel and oppressive in this mill deck. I mostly hold my creatures in defense and use the tap ability Phenax gives them before my turn starts. Artifacts like altar of the brood can be devastating, breaks opponents early game. Altar of dementia allows me to sac my creatures in response to their being destroyed/exiled at any time. In a 4+ player game, Altar of the Brood + Undead Alchemist can get very silly very fast. Zombie triggers just keep hitting. if you can mill enough cards in one turn, activate Duskmantle Guildmage's mana ability multiple times. Duskmantle Guildmage + Altar of Dementia + Consuming Aberration. Domineering Will + Grimgrin Corpseborn / Undercity Informant / Altar of Dementia. Any of these combos can cause serious rectal trauma. Use carefully.
