The plan of this deck is to use Goblin Dark-Dwellers to get value out of ramp and burn instants and sorceries. The large amount of ramp means you can cast your bigger things sooner like Fireball, Genesis Hydra, and Skarrg Goliath.

If you don't like your opponent, you can just sideboard in 4 Stone Rain and an extra Acidic Slime after game 1 and they will cry at their lack of mana and never want to play against you again.
