Welcome! This deck is my attempt to combine two very different play styles, stax and group hug, into one fun and powerful deck.

Explanation: In monowhite there is a very real problem, card draw. This got me thinking about group hug to grease the wheels a bit. Cards that fit this criteria: Font of Mythos , Howling Mine , Horn of Greed , etc.

Next problem is surviving giving opponents resources, this is where stax comes in. For this we have cards like : Rule of Law , Aven Mindcensor , Aura of Silence and Linvala, Keeper of Silence to keep things fair.

Some synergy to consider: Blasting Station goes infinite life and/or tokens with multiple Soul Warden effects and/or Anointed Procession . **I removed blasting station because I never felt good about the combo though it should probably be in any Darien list.

Alms Collector and Font of Mythos / Teferi's Puzzle Box draws a ton of cards.
