Believe it or not this is a theme deck: Planeschase.

While it may feel like a stax deck it’s not actively trying to lock players out of the game or win by reducing/ removing my opponent’s board state. There is no devastating stax effects that force discard or sacrifice. Very few of the rules even prevent players from playing spells. Mostly the rules just force everyone to constantly reevaluate if what’s in their hand or on the board is actually good in the current set of rules. There are no infinite combos but there is however good synergy and value between many of the cards. The effects are a blast to watch as other players try to cope with the ever changing rules of the game.

“Fun” Interactions :

• Possibility Storm + Sphere of Resistance or Trinisphere = Counter random spell unless it’s controller pays 1 or 3.
• Teferi's Puzzle Box + Noetic Scales = Bounce big creatures and shuffle them away.
• Orb of Dreams + Meekstone = Big creatures enter and stay tapped.
• Basalt Monolith + Mesmeric Orb = Mill your own deck if you want.
• Panharmonicon + Confusion in the Ranks = Switch 2 creatures around and take one for your creature.
