For centuries, people have been afraid of the deep, murky waters of the ocean and their imagination has created terrifying and fantastical beasts that could be waiting beneath to crash their ships and drag them down beneath the waves. One such being - and the most famous - is the Kraken. Whether it resembles a giant squid, an Orthocone or an Eldritch being, the Kraken has an image ingrained in the minds of humans. Arixmethes is arguably no different. The idea of a living land, one that can wake up and drown everything and everyone living on its back? Terrifying.

Dangerous Denizens of the Deep wishes to awaken and use dangerous beasts of the seas and oceans to overpower, overwhelm and drown the opponent. Enchantments are used as an extra boost; Arcane Adaptation can make everything a kraken, leviathan or serpent, or even elemental. Just depends on what I need at that point. In order to slow my opponents down, a large amount of bounce spells have been included that have "shore", "wave", engulf" or "breach" in the name to try and keep the deck on theme.
