This is my attempt at a commander, control deck using Damia's draw ability.

The deck has counters to piss everyone off before they get a chance to play anything, kill spells to kill whatever you can't or don't counter, some ramp/color changing to help the deck run smoother, untap cards to make sure you have enough mana on each opponents turn, and some lands for protecting your creatures and spells.

The only real win condition is to keep the board clear and winning by general damage.
