First attempt at making a storm deck in any format so expecting to make a few changes/get shouted at by the internet for not knowing what I am doing...

Goal

...simple: make a lot of mana and cast Villainous Wealth (which is basically my reason for wanting to play this colour combination) or Blue Sun's Zenith and win that way.

Plan:

Empty my hand of ramp-y artifacts whilst using counters and removal to keep opponents in check, and then drop my commander and pray that she survives until my next turn to restock my hand, hopefully drawing me into some of the combo pieces, like Paradox Engine or Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron , or just assembling Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to get a lot of mana.

Have to keep this brief for the moment as I think it will be subject to a decent amount of change.

Any tips on how to get this a bit faster or just general suggestions and complaints are very welcome!
