First and Foremost I have drawn this deck together inspired by Epochalyptik's "Dominus" as well as Dan (Pogobat) Brown's "Progenitus Combo" decks. Much thanks to them for sharing their design with the world!

Okay, so this deck is a Troll in that you play it helping everyone else on the table and mitigating the obvious threats "for the greater good" in the early game.While most people will see Damia and immediately gun for you you might be able to bribe them off with spare mana or card draw offers? Then when you have some pieces together you can very easily combo off with some of the MULTIPLE combos that are present in the 99 such as:

Infinite mana combos:~Any of the land untappers + Freed from the Real/Staff of Domination + any of the land enchantments~Palinchron + Deadeye Navigator~Palinchron + Phantasmal Image~Palinchron + Ghostly Flicker + Eternal Witness~Peregrine Drake + Deadeye Navigator~Peregrine Drake + Ghostly Flicker + Eternal Witness

Win conditions:~Blue Sun's Zenith using infinite mana~Venser, Shaper Savant + Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake/Palinchron to bounce all permanents I don't control~Venser, Shaper Savant + Phantasmal Image + Peregrine Drake/Palinchron + Riptide Laboratory to bounce all permanents I don't control

Other tasty wombos/fallbacks:~Devoted Druid + Quillspike that paired with Rite of Consumption can knock at least ONE player out of the game and give you infinite life to give you time for at worst the other two

This deck is built with a somewhat reasonable budget and the manabase is the first thing i would upgrade if you want to make it either faster or ... more competitive??? I am trying a bunch of cards out just to see what fits my meta the best but I will be cutting things here and there as I get to play it more.
