Commander / EDH Aggro Flip Partner Primer UR (Izzet)

This is not your usual coin flip deck, it's tuned to the end (Primer included). Welcome to my EDH deck featuring Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom *f-pre* and Okaun, Eye of Chaos *f-pre*. Our main goal is to generate enough coin flips to win with Okaun, Eye of Chaos *f-pre*.

First we ramp into Okaun, Eye of Chaos *f-pre*, then Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom *f-pre*. When Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom *f-pre* comes into play Okaun, Eye of Chaos *f-pre* has no more summoning sickness and can use Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom *f-pre*s coin flips for the attack. Ideally we make Okaun, Eye of Chaos *f-pre* unblockable.

While Frenetic Efreet generates "infinite" coin flips, I always had a bad feeling using it against my opponents.

My group doesn't use Sol Ring, therefore it's not in this list.

+3 Power is the magic number to save us a flip to swing for lethal commander damage.

Okaun, Eye of Chaos *f-pre* base power is 3, so we would need 3 won flips to be at 24. With 3+3 we have 6 Power and only need 2 won coin flips to swing for 24.

The next magic number would be 9 to reach 11 power. This way you would only need 1 won coin flip.

Darksteel PlateLightning GreavesSwiftfoot Boots Protection for you commanders.

Grafted Exoskeleton gives Okaun, Eye of Chaos *f-pre* infect, to kill your opponents faster. With infect on Okaun, Eye of Chaos *f-pre* you only need 2 won coin flips to hit for lethal damage.

Helm of the Host create copys of your commanders to generate more coin flips.

Whispersilk Cloak unblockable for Okaun, Eye of Chaos *f-pre*.

All cards in this category grant a timed coin flip. Each coin flip can be triggered in a controlled manner to help increase Okaun, Eye of Chaos *f-pre*'s strength or draw cards with Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom *f-pre*.
All lands should be pretty self-explanatory.
All here to ramp into your commander.
Dockside Extortionist will also help you to ramp faster.

Krark's Thumb is the power horse, you should tutor it with Muddle the Mixture, Tribute Mage or Fabricate.

Loyal Drake extra card draw.

Sakashima the Impostor and Spark Double clone your commanders for extra flips.

The Locust God generates tokens to have blockers and stuff to sacrifice. He goes back to your hand if he dies, that's also very handy.

FabricateMuddle the MixtureTribute Mage use them to tutor for Krark's Thumb. If you already have Krark's Thumb out, tutor other good stuff like Lightning Greaves or Izzet Signet.

Merchant ScrollMystical TutorSpellseeker use them to get a +3/X card or a Ublockable card.

All these cards make Okaun, Eye of Chaos *f-pre* unblockable, so you can get through enemy creatures unhindered.
Chance Encounter If you win 10 coinflips, you automatically win the game.

Chandra's IgnitionFlingSoul's FireThud if your opponents have a lot of creatures or you can't attack because of summoning sickness, you can use one of these.

Temur Battle Rage you only have to win 2 coin flips to hit for lethal commander damage.

Like mentioned in the panel above, to save us a coin flip.
Self-explanatory, counter threats which affect you.
Draw into cards you need.
With Kindred Discovery and The Locust God you can draw your entire deck and win with Laboratory Maniac

Academy Ruins to put Krark's Thumb back onto your library.

Crashing Drawbridge for haste.

Assault Suit for sacrifice-effect protection.

Bottle of Suleiman another controlled coin flip.

The most important Rule is that a player can only win a coinflip if he chooses heads or tails (See Rule 705.2)
From the Comprehensive Rules (Guilds of Ravnica (October 5, 2018))

    705. Flipping a Coin
705.1. An effect that instructs a player to flip a coin may care whether that player wins or loses the flip. To flip a coin for such an effect, the player flips the coin and calls “heads” or “tails.” If the call matches the result, the player wins the flip. Otherwise, the player loses the flip. Only the player who flips the coin wins or loses the flip; no other players are involved.
705.2. If an effect instructs a player to flip a coin and that effect cares only whether the coin comes up heads or tails without specifying a winner or loser of the flip, that player flips a coin without making a call. No player wins or loses this kind of flip.
705.3. A coin used in a flip must be a two-sided object with easily distinguished sides and equal likelihood that either side lands face up. If the coin that’s being flipped doesn’t have an obvious “heads” or “tails,” designate one side to be “heads,” and the other side to be “tails.” Other methods of randomization may be substituted for flipping a coin as long as there are two possible outcomes of equal likelihood and all players agree to the substitution. For example, the player may roll an even-sided die and call “odds” or “evens,” or roll an even-sided die and designate that “odds” means “heads” and “evens” means “tails.”
