Getting back into Magic after many a year and want to upgrade my old Cytoplast Manipulator deck. Any help would be greatly appreciated to narrow down the cards to make a casual yet competitively viable deck. The whole concept is to play with +1/+1 counters to buff the enemy's creatures and then take them from them (as well as proliferating my own +1/+1s to boost the effectiveness of my creatures).

New additions are Simic Ascendancy for the added win condition, Combine Guildmage for more counter moving shenanigans, and Hydroid Krasis because... it's a flying, trampling monster.
