This is a combo cycling deck and I recommend viewing it with the custom category ordering. The goal is to play new perspectives, cycle through the whole deck and win with thassa's oracle. there are 67 cards with the normal cycling ability, 2 with a land cycling ability which can search for lands with normal cycling and 2 basic land cycling cards. The cards which most heavily benefit from constant cycling are Kydele (the commander), abandoned sarcophagus, bag of holding, bone miser, shadow of the grave, and Teferi's ageless insight. Vizier of the tumbling sands and esper sojourners are the most important cyclers as they can untap Kydele or a land like lotus field. The cycling package is relatively flexible, but the goal is to play the most impactful cycling cards and to prioritize 2/1 generic mana cyclers which synergize better with fluxuator. I'll also note that Ravos is most important for his color identity, but his ability to re-buy creature cyclers creates a pseudo personal howling mine effect which is not without value especially if its buying back the untap cyclers. Let me know what you think or if you have any suggestions I've overlooked.
