Oh man I love this deck. If you like running 0 threats and fucking around drawing cards, I'm sure you'll love it too. It's able to compete with tuned decks and can steal a win against competitive decks, though admittedly it is pretty slow.

During the early turns ramp as a priority. Hold open mana to cycle on the last opponent's end step and only cast removal if you're about to die. In the mid game, the graveyard should be filled with cycling answers like Forsake the Worldly which cards like Snapcaster Mage can select from at instant speed. Resetting the board at this point can keep you alive and because the deck doesn't really run nonland permanents, you're not hit by your own Hour of Revelation . Try to build up enough mana to cast cards like Sphinx's Revelation for x=6 or more. By the late game, if you get that far, just stall until you can win with Maze's End , Approach of the Second Sun or Treacherous Terrain .

O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami is the best 5-colour option for this deck, but isn't particularly exciting. Think of it as a Ghostly Prison or something that you always have access to. It's almost never correct to attack with it.

In terms of improving the deck, there aren't very many ways in magic to return the cycling instants from the graveyard at instant speed, so more of this effect might be worthwhile. Currently the deck runs Naya Charm , Noxious Revival , Reclaim , Snapcaster Mage , Torrential Gearhulk and Codex Shredder as well as tutors like Mystical Teachings to grab them. Other options that I haven't included but am considering are Magus of the Will and Nyx Weaver , though these two require black mana which is only a splash and need to exile themselves to return cards. Extra tutor effects would also allow the deck to find its boardwipes more consistently (very important), but these are largely B and the manabase is a little stretched as is.
