This deck is built around the cycle mechanic in the Ikora release. I am hoping to see this deck evolve over time but this is how this version works.

Get Snare Tactician on the field as soon as possible and keep tapping your opponent's creatures. Pair this with Valiant Rescuer and you have a pretty good token generation to block the creatures you are unable to tap with Snare Tactician. I have found getting two fo each of these on the field means I can hold off even the most aggressive ramping decks. One note about a cycle deck is I have found that cycling only on your opponents turn makes this deck function way more effectively. Ominous Seas or Flourishing Fox can be heavy hitters to block or attack with. Naturally, all cycle decks have Zenith Flare which is a great finisher, life gain, planeswalker killer. Basically, if you are cycling this thing gets deadly fast. I like to try and be conservative with them and use them to swing major moments in the game. I incorporated deck draw within the cards Rielle, the Everwise and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, this also incorporate a self mill win condition that you can blindside an opponent with. Other touches to the deck are Yidaro, Wandering Monster he has clutched a few games for me, and for that reason, he stays. Drannith Stinger Damage dealer or a 1 cycle is a win-win. Just remember to cycle cycle cycle and this deck will reward you.
