So as I was looking for suggestions on my own mill deck, I came across oldm0nk3y mono blue mill and was surprised we came to nearly the same conclusion. Some slight differences between his and mine.

Slither Blade and Mist-Cloaked Herald as a one drop can't be blocked

Curious Obsession for draw.

As Foretold as a cheap way to cast counters (it can be used each turn)

Vizier of Many Faces to copy a Fleet Swallower, or an opponent's monster to use against them.

Interested in hearing what you guys think of my take on mono blue mill standard.
