This deck is very straight forward: Play elves, play more elves, achieve critical mass, play Shaman of the Pack and swing for lethal. Tajuru Warcaller and Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen can buff your army into a formidable one that sometimes won't even need Shaman of the Pack to deal lethal. Might of the Masses is another source for sudden victories.

As far as match ups are concerned, my experience has been that elves destroy aggro, has a very even match with midrange (but can get some lucky Shaman of the Packs for early unexpected wins) and has trouble with control.

The sideboard is fairly straightforward. As aggro is rarely a problem, 2 Eyeblight Massacre and an Ultimate Price or two will seal their coffin. Despise and Ruinous Path will often give me the edge I need vs midrange by taking out their most important threats. For control, Duress can disrupt them and extra Sylvan Messengers can help me recover from all their removal. Finaly, Tainted Remedy is awesome for those aristocrats, rally, and ally lifegain brews floating around.
