Oh Riku. Probably my favorite color combo. There are some white cards I wish I could throw in, but RUG is so, so sweet. Riku is the commander I wanted to play the second I saw him when I was first starting out with the format. People hate on him, but I think he's a cool dude. Copying stuff is also pretty neat.

This deck also has a bunch of cloning creatures, like Vesuvan Shapeshifter, Phyrexian Metamorph, and Cryptoplasm because I love cloning things and it fits the deck theme of course!

Other great creatures include Spellskite, who is great at eating Doom Blades and Magma Jets that were headed for Riku, and with him out, you get two! Sower of Temptation is already great when you pay 2UU to steal a creature, but paying 2UUUG to get two 2/2 fliers and two of your opponent's creatures is better than two Control Magics. Standard combo of a few years back is here with Inkmoth Nexus + Kessig Wolf Run for any extra mana you may generate to beat face with infect.

Riku doesn't like to play with counterspells, so I've only included the essentials, like Cryptic Command and Spell Crumple, since Cryptic can do more than counter a spell and Crumple can send commanders packing to the bottoms of libraries. What Riku does like, though, is card draw and removal. Mulldrifter evoked for 2U and then copied for UG gets you four cards and a 2/2 flier. Pongify copied for UUR gets rid of two creatures, as does Beast Within for 2GUR. You get the idea! I've also tried to include cards with flashback, since Riku can copy flashbacked spells too, like Ancient Grudge.

Not many artifacts except the essentials here, since Riku doesn't interact with them. Birthing Pod is too good to pass up, though, especially with so many clone and steal effects, since you can sac your opponent's creatures and then clone your new one as it enters.

Suggestions are very welcome! Cards I'm not sure about:

Cryptoplasm: Copies on upkeep, and you don't get ETB triggers. Still could be okay.
