A crazy pauper burn deck a friend built for me. Basic strategy is to stop your opponent from blocking with Mugging or Goblin Shortcutter, make them unblockable except by two or more creatures with Madcap Skills, attack, and then fake them out with instants and/or the blood rush ability.
