This is designed to be a standard Minotaur tribal deck. Modifications will come as it is playtested, however, this prototype seems solid enough for now.

This is a different take on Rakdos. Rather than the highly aggressive decks that we've come to know from the Return to Ravnica block, this is more of a mid-range deck. This deck provides multiple turn 2 drops to keep it going until you can start getting your 3 and 4 cost bombs out.

Strategy:

This deck is a mostly Red Devotion deck, using red devotion to pump Fanatic of Mogis into insane damage drops, while using the Minotaur tribal to buff all creatures. After turn 4 this deck turns into a highly aggressive beatdown deck, and with high toughness creatures as well as trample and flying providers, this provides all you need to faceroll your enemies.

Key cards/combos:

Ragemonger : Get is out as early as possible to get as many creatures out as possible. Up to two reduction in cost makes many creatures in this deck quite powerful, and turns most 4-cost bombs into 3-costers.

Felhide Spiritbinder: A great card to dupe your creatures already out. Make sure you do NOT dupe your Mogis, God of Slaughter, or else you could end up in a really stupid spot.

Mutavault: There's a reason this card costs more than Jace, Mind Architect or Elspeth, Sun's Champion. A potential turn 2 2/2 blocker/attacker with no actual cost? As well as benefiting heavily from tribal bonuses as provided by Door of Destinies, Kragma Warcaller , and Felhide Spiritbinder.

Fanatic of Mogis: And now the devotion to red kicks in. A 3-4 cost drop to bring a strong creature plus instant damage to the enemy. This is a great card, especially in this deck.

Fanatic of Mogis + Felhide Spiritbinder : This is a broken combo, especially in this deck. 2 mana every turn for another Fanatic drop? This can easily be your game winner.

Kragma Warcaller + Ragemonger : Get this combo out turn 4 and you have a very powerful board presence, being able to swing for 8+ per turn as of turn 4. Very scary to face, very fun to use.

The Ideal game:

Turn 1 Thoughtseize or dual-land or Mutavault (only if you dont have the Spike Jester in your first draw)

Turn 2 Spike Jester

Turn 3 Ragemonger

Turn 4 Kragma Warcaller

Turn 5 Door of Destinies or Mogis, God of Slaughter or Felhide Spiritbinder (especially if you have a Fanatic of Mogis in your hand.)

Turn 6 Anything else.

Cheapening your deck:

The main cost increases in the deck are Mogis, Mutavault, and the dual lands. Without any of those this is easily an under 30 dollar deck. All of these cards do increase the power of the deck extremely, however, their removal can easily turn this into a budget deck.

Replace Thoughseize with Duress, replace the lands with guildgates and basics, and replace Mogis with other minotaurs, Deathbellow Raider can help lower the mana curve, but replacing with more Duresses and other minotaurs will also work.

Sideboarding:

Side Scouring Sands against weenie aggro decks.

Side Slaughter Games against control decks, get those Detention Spheres and/or counter spells out.

If you decide to swap the creatures out for lots of spells, Oracle of Bones can be a great way to slip spells by your enemy.
