Counting counters with daghatar was fun. But in my playgroup i became a contender whenever i played ghave. Therefore using similar cards a deck with ghave as commander...

I deliberately have not included grave pact, dictate of Erebos and martyr's bond, which would be natural picks for a really competitive deck.

Another way to make the deck consistent would be the use of tutors. Something which is considered not done in our playgroup.
