The idea is to get Chasm Skulker out, counter opponent's spells and get out some merfolk as Skulker builds up, and then release the raging islandwalk attacks. Aquitect's Will should ensure that islandwalk will work. Stormtide Leviathon should probably be on the sideboard.

Any suggestions???? This is a new deck idea, definitely needs work. Generally just want it to be more interesting!
