General idea is to use Hardened Scales to pump all creatures that enter the battlefield as well as all that on the battlefield.

Solidarity of Heroes creates Managorger Hydra epic win condition, especialy against small agro decks. Valorous Stance and Hidden Dragonslayer help deal with daragons and other big creatures.

Gleam of Authority allows to nicely attack and pump up creature. Salt Road Quartermasters with his activated ability having Hardened Scales on board gives possibility to increase anount of counters without cards in hand.
