Stonehorn Lockdown, not too exciting.

The main idea behind this deck is the Venser, the Sojourner/Conjurer's Closet and Stonehorn Dignitary lockdown combo, fed with a few instants and sorceries that flicker permanents in and out.

This deck is incredibly slow, but the lockdown is regularly in place by turn 5 or 6. Eventually, I'll be flickering Blade Splicer for 3/3 tokens eventually allows for high-damage strikes with no fear of retribution.

UPDATE: Removed Drogskol Reaver and Counterspell. Added a playset of Wing Splicer and Peel from Reality.

Peel from Reality adds symmetrical creature removal and help give me more ETB triggers from the splicers. Wing Splicer adds evasion to my tokens should the lockdown fail.

A little fixing-up — Feb. 12, 2016

Edit

Removed 4x Evolving Wilds and the Azorius Chancery set in favour of the new crowdlands and some regular basics.

Removed Think Twice and Spirit Bonds because they really weren't working for this deck. Replaced them with 4x Anticipate, which has sped this deck up significantly.

Considering removing the Cathedral Sanctifier and Augury Owl for a playset of Remand once $$ is available.

Also looking at enhancing removal suite to 4x Swords to Plowshares instead of O-rings, or 2x Plowshares + 2x Path to Exile.
