So I wanted to build a team based mono blue answer deck that consists of nothing but counters counters and more counters. Catch is, I don't want the mana costs to be high and I have no creatures. I'm thinking about giving myself more draw power getting some walls for defense. Please help. This is the basis of the deck. I can be flexible.
