This is a deck based around countering your opponents spells and always having a counter spell up to use.

This Decks philosophy is that if it never hits the board then why run removal, that being said we are running 4 Declaration in Stone for Man Lands and stuff.

The main strategy is making sure they cant get any board state at all while turn 2 playing Thing in the Ice and flipping it in the next turn or two to beat down and win.

This deck does have trouble finding an end game sometimes especially versus token strategies.

This Deck has been through some changes it was originality a Blue/Black Deck but I feel like its closing in on completion but if you have any suggestions feel free to comment!

Sideboard Strategy: If your opponent is running sorcery cards board in 2 Invasive Surgery and take out 2 dispel

If your opponent is not running any graveyard strategy then board in 4 scatter to the winds

If your facing the Control Mirror then Board in 2 Sphinx of the Final Word for 2 Declaration in Stone
