Sideboard

Maybeboard

Planeswalker (1)

Creature (1)

Silumgar B/U Control (Help with sideboard appreciated !!!)

Pretty similar build to the decks listed in the Pro Tour DTK.

Kill with 13 black - Foul-Tongue Invocation, Hero's Downfall, Bile Blight, Ultimate Price, and sweep with Crux of Fate

Counter with 6 blue - Negate and Silumgar's Scorn(Disdainful Stroke and Neutralizing Blast are being considered for replacements or at least sideboarding for Negate at the moment)

Draw with 6 Blue - Dig Through Time, Anticipate

Throwing in 2 Narset Transcendent to help with all three. With only 6 creatures, and 7 fetchlands to pull the lands out, I think Narset has better odds and is a good add in the deck worth going tricolor for. Not to mention getting an emblem on turn 7 would greatly speed up the control lock to start casting dragons and swinging away. An emblem with Silumgar, the Drifting Death on the field is usually a win-con.

Running 5 Dragons, 2 Icefall Regents - Creature control and evasive 4/3, 2 Silumgar, the Drifting Deaths - slow death hexproof blocker, 1 Dragonlord Silumgar - two for one advantage.

Have had pretty good testing drawing Dragons to fuel the stronger cards Silumgar's Scorn and Foul-Tongue Invocation. I've also found Invocation works well with recovering from a hit you'd take from Oujati or a Thunderbreak Regent. Just feels better to kill a creature at the end of their turn and then make them sac something hard to target on yours while you gain life.

Tasigur, the Golden Fang also felt like a good fit to use as an early blocker or feeding me counter / kill cards back. Using him and Dig to delve the instants out later to pull a Narset or Dragon back out was the main reason for throwing him in.

Silumgar's Command also hits most of the bases, mainly needed for planeswalker kill or bouncing something pesky.

Also considering Void Squall for the sideboard. Bouncing counters off a planeswalker or bouncing a pesky enchantment and also buy time to get Narset rolling.

Dead Drop and Murderous Cut also being considered for inclusion once the block change hits.

I do like Tasigur for a possible turn 3, 4/5 blocker/swinger with a useful ability, but I'm also thinking Sidisi, Undead Vizier might be a better replacement. Tasigur's ability can only feed me the junk my opponent picks out for me, ideally a dragon / narset / or a discarded plains are about the only things I really care about. Sidisi would help me fetch what I need earlier or be a strong creature later but I think the cost is keeping me from the swap. Being tapped out on turn 5 might get me a step behind on creature control right when the mean stuff usually shows up.

Any comments / help appreciated.
